Well, unfortunately it happens. In some cases, and after many trials, we decide to stop trying taking off the stain. That happens when we feel afraid to damage or harm the cloth, or to affect the color. We promise to do our best, but in some cases we prefer to return the item with its stain, and our apology.

Zooz main laundry is based in Wasfi Tal Street, just over our branch. We do all required cleaning processes by our own expert staff and excellent machines.

Sure you can. You can call us 2 hours prior to collecting time. In case we already collected your garments, you can cancel just in case cleaning process is not started yet, but you will be requested to pay the delivery.

For any serviced item such as clothes, shoes bags, we respect customer right to get what he had paid for. If the job is not completed well, you can return it to repeat our job again. For Sold item, you can return the items within 24 hours of purchase, provided it is not used or damaged by any mean.
